Usage
- One teaspoon in 8 oz of water
- Twice per day

Directions
- Bring 8 oz of water to a boil
- Turn off boiling water
- Pour hot water over 1 tsp of Damiana herb
- Steep for 15 minutes (or longer if you desire to increase potency-can steep overnight)

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Please be mindful juices, shots, and pops, are highly perishable. You must be available to receive your order to avoid any delays of putting them in the freezer.
Freeze all jucies, once they arrive. Only thaw out in the fridge overnight the amount of juices needed for the next day. Once thawed out, must consume GREEN juices within 12-24 hours, the other juices 24-48 hours.
Try your best to get all your juices finished within 24 hours to keep you on track.
