Purpose

Originally used as an aphrodisiac.

Also commonly used to:

• relieve stress, depression, and other mental health aliments 
• dissolve stomach ulcers
• alleviate menstrual symptoms 
• treat urinary tract infections
• as mild laxative
• digestive aid

Usage

• One teaspoon in 8 oz of water
• Twice per day

Directions

• Bring 8 oz of water to a boil
• Turn off boiling water
• Pour hot water over 1 tsp of Damiana herb
• Steep for 15 minutes (or longer if you desire to increase potency-can steep overnight) 
• Strain and enjoy

• Herby and earthy. We have to come to a point where we do not always look for sweet or our ideal taste in our healthy options. The bitter, the better and your body will thank you later.

• Keep in a room temperature location, away from sun, cold, heat, and air.
